Mason's strong-suit is her pull-up jumper. She is a strong guard who can get past the defense with a quick first step and then knock down the mid-range jumper with accuracy. She is impressive in transition where she can get out into space and make plays for herself and others. Her athleticism translates well as she can defend either a point guard or a shooting guard consistently. Her activity on both ends of the floor make her an impact player even when she is not scoring points. The final part of Mason's game that she will need iron out is her 3-point jumper. It is not a glaring weakness, however it is not an area that she can rely upon yet either.
