White has grown her game in one key way since we first worked with her last spring, her confidence. She continued to show her ball skill and smart playmaking ability but this weekend she just did more of it. She knocked down open shots while playing off the ball, took good care of the ball at the point and wasn't afraid to put the ball on the floor and attack the rim. Where you saw her confidence the most this weekend was perimeter shooting. She knew when she was open and stayed ready to shoot nearly every possession. She has a consistent pocket and quick release from the slot and hit countless jumpers behind the arc.
White is a hustle player who brings a nice amount of skill with her game. She displayed great vision with her passing and set up cutting teammates with easy buckets. She complimented that skill by attacking the rim and scoring in transition. Her defensive awareness is very high for her age. She anticipated plays and was able to disrupt as a defender. One area that she can improve upon is her stance. Playing lower with her knees bent will allow her to be even more explosive.
