McAllister is an athletic wing who has a lot of physical tools. Her toolbox is far from being empty as she can impact the game in several ways. Her athleticism will allow her to defend multiple positions on the court from harassing ball handlers in the front court to snatching missed shots off the glass. The key for her development will be to polish out her skill set and become more smooth and efficient with how she attacks the game.

McCallister has the size, skill combination to be a bigtime option on the wing. She plays both club and high school ball at a high level. McCallister can shoot the ball from beyond the arc with a consistency that lends itself to the college game. She has a chance to be a true scoring threat in that way. McCallister has a chance to be a producer in multiple areas especially when her 3-pointer is falling.
