Breaking down footage on Jones game, my overwhelming takeaway is her game is well rounded. For a guard, Jones spends a lot of time in the paint. She’s a willing rebounder which is difficult to find from a backcourt prospect. Jones will push the basketball in transition and is more than capable of making a positive play from there. She averaged 7.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and just over 3 assists while shooting 38 percent from the 3-point line per high school game in 2024-25. That type of statistical diversity is hard for players to produce at any level of play. Jones shoots the ball with confidence from beyond the arc, in the midrange and gets to the bucket. She can make a shot from all three levels. Defensively, Jones is consistently in the mix and around the basketball. That combination puts her in a good position to be productive whether her team is in man or zone defense. Look for Jones to keep building on her lateral quickness.
