Silbaugh, 5'8 guard in the 2021 class. Offensively, she facilitates well in the back court position and does a good job of communicating the series on the floor. She has good instincts to make the next pass and is willing to making the right pass, which doesn't have to be flashy and allows her to have strong decision-making skills. Shooting the 3-ball is something she will do in a timely manner and she has good 1-2 step rhythm. Continuing to develop more consistency is key for her overall impact from the guard position because it will allow her to keep defenses honest on the perimeter and open up a stronger interior game. Addng a midrange pull-up to her arsenal would also be a nice area for her to grow in over the next year, which would be complimentary to her current skill set. Overall, Silbaugh was strong in court awareness all weekend and was visibly engaged with her teammates which is a must needed skill for a point guard.
