I enjoy watching Eisele’s development in real time. She has become such a consistent shot making option. Eisele is moving around with more confidence which is only helping her make more shots. That seems like a relatively simple concept but to execute it is complex. Eisele is getting it done there. She can play on the basketball at the high school level or off it too. Eisele’s versatility will be enhanced as she keeps working on her change of direction pace. It will be harder for opposing defenders to get her out of rhythm as she improves there. – Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
Eisele was assertive from the opening 2 on 2 set of competition. That’s a part of her game that she can continue to work on but to see that was encouraging. Eisele is such a skilled option on the perimeter. She is diligent at her craft. We talked on-site about continuing to attack the growth in her game 6 out of 7 days a week. That’s a number that Eisele has been getting to consistently for years now. It’s showing up in her play. Honestly, it doesn’t even appear as if she is having to make an extra effort in that regard. The consistency in the reps are taking hold of her game in real-time. I like what’s happening with Eisele’s overall game. She’s played so much high level basketball in the past 18 months that her confidence has grown organically as a result. What Eisele lacks in traditional size as an off guard, she makes up for with her skill set. She moves well especially in the open floor to find her spot to shoot. Eisele is a willing defender who gives effort on that end of the hardwood. I’d like to see Eisele continue to work on using her off hand dribbling in traffic but there’s been significant growth over the last 18 months. – Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
The best part about Eisele's game on film or in-person is that she just keeps getting better. Eisele has all the tools to be a consistent shotmaker from beyond the arc. As she continues to build on her willingness to attack going right to score, Eisele's game will keep growing as a result. She is an extremely hard worker who locks in to getting better at her craft everytime she steps into the gym. I've had the chance to track Eisele's game closely over the last year dating back to June 2023. She has all the tools to be a really good knockdown shooter with range out beyond the 3-point line. Her overall game keeps progressing with each evaluation. Eisele's ability to keep her feet square is a huge bonus for a shooter this young. It keeps her shot online and on target regardless of whether the shot is a make or a miss. The next piece for Eisele's development is continuing to improve her in-game confidence to hunt good shots when they present themselves.
