Gomez is a 5'7 guard in the 2022 class. Offensively, she will shoot the 3-ball and is opportunistic from beyond the arc. Her release was smooth, but continuing to gain that overall consistency will give her more edge on the floor. As she develops more strength, it will give her more ability to be physical and nagivate the floor more effectively on the interior. She is shifty and has a great working skill set, so as that power is present, it will allow her to force a bad situation into a good situation on the floor if there is traffic in the paint. Defensively she has sound fundamentals, rebounded her area well and showed strong defensive postioning to stay infront. Overall, Gomez competed and had the right approach to be successful over the weekend and take in opportunities, whether it was a new ball move in drill work or a timely shot in the Sunday games.
