Brooks is a 5'8 combo guard in the class of 2019. She handled the ball well under pressure and was able to get her shot off quickly against close pressure. She shoots a high percentage from beyond the arc and that really speaks volumes as to what level she can play at going forward. Brooks has a great feel for the game and is creative off of the dribble, which is why she is so capable of scoring off the bounce. During the showcase, she shot pull up jumpers consistently off ball screens and really looked for ways to impact in the midrange. Going forward, Brooks can continue to develop her left hand, and her finishing production at the rim. Overall, Brooks has a lot of upside as a young guard and is a fun player to watch get in a rhythm on the floor.
