Folkes is a physical, athletic guard with strong offensive tools. She is effective in the midrange, where she utilizes a clean pull-up jumper, and creates separation with her handle and pace control. She competes with confidence and is capable of making tough, contested shots. Her ability to attack with strength and balance makes her a difficult cover for opposing guards.
Her next step is refining her perimeter game by improving three-point shooting consistency, which will complement her midrange and attacking style.
