2018: Check Me Out Seattle
Johnson, 5'8 guard in the 2019 class. Offensively, she does a good job of looking for her shot. She attacks all the way to the rim and is not afraid to find contact at the rim. A key for her going forward is focusing on shot selection and developing more quickness. When she is taking the right shots, she is capable of leading her team on the floor consistently. In the championship game, she knocked down two timely midrange shots in a close game that she connected on. One of those coming after a big offensive rebound. It was impressive to see her take that initative in a critical time of the game because it allows players on the floor to seperate themselves. Along with that, she passes well, makes solid reads and is opportunistic with her decision making. Overall, Johnson is a high IQ player and is very in touch with the game.
