McNeil played on the wing this weekend and did a nice job of making plays as a secondary guard. She has a nice feel for the pick and roll game. She read the defense and placed passes to her rolling teammate effectively as they cut to the rim. While McNeil has the potential to be a good on ball defender, right now she reaches too much and could get into foul trouble if she does not correct this habit.
