Richardson is a skilled guard who can make shots and handle in the back court. The strength of her game is what she does away from the ball. She is good at moving without the ball. She has a knack for finding the right spot on the court to cut to, which makes her a valuable offensive player. On the defensive end, although she may not be the quickest she consistently keeps her body in front of her man. Moving forward Rachel will need to tighten up her ball skill in game play. While she is a good handler, playing versus quicker players gives her less room for error.
