CINCINNATI – The Midwest Showdown has long been the nation’s premier event on Memorial Day Weekend. This year’s edition was no different. Here’s a look at multiple players who made their presence felt in the Buckeye State this weekend:

Class of 2021 guard Kylee Sheppard of Cincinnati, Ohio, is a dynamic player at either guard spot. She has the bounce on the perimeter to make things shake for the Angels Basketball Club.

Like Sheppard, Class of 2021 guard Iyana Moore of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, makes things happen with her quicks and shiftiness. Moore is one to keep an eye on for TeamBWright 2021.

Class of 2021 guard Baylee Jones of Mount Orab, Ohio, is a consistent contributor for Midwest Takeover PSBFamily. Jones is able to produce on both ends of the floor. The most impressive part of Jones game is that she is always looking for chances to keep improving.

Class of 2021 post AJ Ediger of Hudsonville, Michigan, was on her grind last summer at the PSBNationals for West Michigan Drive. Fast forward to last weekend and Ediger is still going strong.

Class of 2021 forward Sara Puckett of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, has really improved her stock over the past 12 months. She does a little of everything for Alabama Southern Starz Bush #PSBFamily and her ranking on the relaunch in June will reflect that.

Class of 2021 forward Jada Williams of Williamstown, New Jersey, picked up where she left off at the #PSBSummerInvite last July. Williams is an athletic option for Books and Basketball Platinum #PSBFamily.

Class of 2021 guard Jenna Walker of Priceville, Ala., is a true quarterback on the floor for the Alabama Southern Starz #PSBFamily. She is arguably the premier charge taker I’ve ever seen at the high school level. Seriously, it’s Walker and former All-American Ashley Houts. That’s it.

Class of 2021 guard Baylee Goins of Cross Lanes, West Virginia, is one to keep an eye on through July. She’s filling out and is a major piece to the West Virginia Thunder Johnson ’21 roster.
