Childers is an agile, versatile talent in the front-court, blending traditional post skills with modern versatility. Her outstanding length, paired with her agility, presents a matchup problem for opponents. Whether she's backing down defenders or stepping out to the perimeter, Childers has a skill set to be successful.
A hallmark of her game is the soft touch she shows around the basket. This finesse, combined with her sense of positioning, ensures she finishes effectively in the paint. It's not just her close-range game that impressed us; Childers has showcased the ability to stretch the floor. Her shooting range extends beyond the arc, and she maneuvers the mid-range area extremely well, making her a multi-dimensional offensive threat.
While her athletic ability shines through in various aspects of her game, there's room for improvement in her physicality. Embracing a more assertive style, especially in the paint, will further solidify her ability to have an impact.
